Aggregated Reporting
TestGrid offers various types of reports which help you to view your candidate’s and/or employee’s assessment result.
The types of reports generally included are the Individual Participant Report, Candidate Feedback Report, Shortlist Report and Group Ranked Report.
The Individual Participant Report sets out the results for a participant who has completed psychometric testing using the TestGrid online assessment and development centre. It reports on timed aptitude testing and personality testing.
Candidate Feedback Report
The Candidate Feedback Report details how the participant scored on various aptitude testing and personality testing tools compared to others within the relevant group, and includes suggestions for the participant’s personal development. This is an excellent tool for both talent management and recruitment and selection. The 360 feedback report measures and identifies strengths and development needs for individual and team effectiveness.
Shortlist Report
The Shortlist Report combines results from a variety of aptitude testing and personality testing, providing collated data about mental abilities, cognitive processes, behavioural traits, on the job competencies, values, motivations and work styles. The report helps you with recruitment and selection by allowing you to select the weighting of each assessment to reflect the requirements of the job. This weighting combines with the candidate’s performance to produce a Job Fit Indicator. An interview guide is also included and for each test the Shortlist Report supplies a narrative explaining the candidate’s performance and providing options/probing points for the interview.
Group Ranked Report
The Group Ranked Report ranks candidates according to their overall percentile result among the weighted assessments. Both the Shortlist and Group Ranked Reports are customisable and dynamic. You can experiment with changing the weighting and the report will respond instantly.
