TestGrid’s integrated psychometric testing online assessment platform lets clients choose from a range of over 220 reliable and highly predictive assessments whose performance in assessing cognitive abilities and behavioural patterns is consistently demonstrated within recruitment and selection and development solutions. However, depending on your in-house expertise, the administration of TestGrid’s personality testing and aptitude testing assessments can be managed entirely by you (with support for product selection and report interpretation from TestGrid) or alternatively, you may choose to have the TestGrid cognitive and behavioural assessments administered by your preferred recruitment and consulting partners.
