TestGrid has been providing innovative and technologically advanced online assessment, talent management, psychometric testing and personality testing solutions to an exceptionally large and diverse range of clients in Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Italy, China and Singapore since 1999.
We account for 15-20 per cent of the Australian marketplace for psychometric testing and online assessment. Our aptitude testing and personality testing services are used by recruiters, consultants, and corporate and government organisations to assist them with graduate and general recruitment and selection, organisational development, talent management, employee evaluation, succession planning and transition management. We participate in the Australasian Talent Conference and work closely with the Association of Australian Graduate Employers and the Australian Human Resource Institute.

TestGrid is one of the best recognised providers of online assessment of psychometric testing. Personality testing and aptitude testing products are sourced from leading publishers worldwide and are available in multiple languages. There are more than 20 publishers and in excess of 220 assessments available on the platform.
Our clients include many of the top corporations in Australia plus many recruiters.Thirty per cent of the BRW Top 100 use our aptitude testing to assist with their talent management and employee appraisal.
Our 360 feedback range of tools measures and identifies strengths and development needs for individual and team effectiveness. The assessments provide a holistic view of capability and are used for development, performance management, succession planning and coaching.
